CYPRUS

The Cyprus Citizenship by Investment Program is based on a decision issued by the Council of Ministers dated September 13, 2016, pursuant to Article 111A (2) of the 2002 Law on Registration of Citizenship. By purchasing real estate in Cyprus, investor will receive a Cyprus Passport and enjoy the benefits of a European citizen after only 8 months.

PORTUGAL

Launched in 2012 the Golden Visa program has been actively promoted internationally by the Portuguese government. The Portugal Golden Visa Program, also known as the Residence Permit Program is a five-year residency-by-investment scheme for non-EU nationals. 

MALTA

Malta is a member of the British Commonwealth, the Commonwealth of Europe and the Schengen, citizens of Malta will enjoy all benefits of a European citizen.

Malta Citizenship by Investment program was official in 2014, attracting wealthy individuals and families to the nation.

TURKEY

The Citizenship by Investment Program was issued by the government in 2017 to attract foreign direct investment. From September 2018, the investment level has been significantly reduced from 1,000,000 USD to 250,000 USD through purchasing real estate.

A special feature of the program is that investors can resell real estate after 3 years and still retain Turkish citizenship.

MONTENEGRO

The Montenegro citizenship program is part of the government’s development strategy to attract FDI to support public projects and develop the tourism industry in the country. However, this country limits the number of citizenship applications to 2,000 files over a three-year period from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021.

GREECE

Greek Golden Visa is an immigration by investment program launched in 2013, allowing applicants and their family members to obtain a permanent residence permit in Greece. Residence permits can be renewed every 5 years.

The Greek Golden Visa program is considered one of the most affordable immigration by investment programs in Europe. Applicants and dependents can be exempted from a visa to enter the Schengen for 2 months from the date of application.

IRELAND

The Immigrant Investor Program (IIP), introduced by the Irish Government in 2012, is open to non-EEA nationals who commit to an approved investment in Ireland. Applicants and families will have the opportunity to live, study, work and receive Irish citizenship. Irish passport is in the top of the most powerful passport in the world with visa-free access to 185 countries and territories.
